Having S.L.E. (Lupus), isn’t easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a thorough check-up. Young lady who did my initial testing was very professional and personable. She was extremely helpful in answering my questions about coverage by our medical plan as well as OHIP.
Doctor Militar was top-notch. I really felt secure in the analysis of all my vision tests that he provided. Being diabetic it is important that my optometrist is knowledgeable about the ramifications of that disease to the health of my eyes. He took the time to explain everything and answered questions we had as well. See you next year,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently relocated and needed to find an eye Doctor. I made my appointment and was told it would be $139.99. I wear contact lenses and have for 30 years. They gave me a trial pair of lenses to try. I went to pay and was charged $199. I asked why the increase? The receptionist said because there is a contact lenses fitting. There was no fitting required. This is not my first time and never asked to be fitted. I explained at the beginning I wear my contacts 95% the time and just need an update to my prescription hence the exam. This is false advertising and not what was promised. Gouged by the price without communication is a violation of best practices and horrible customer communication and service. Very disappointed and will not be back. I wanted to purchase contact lenses as well as glasses. Not sure if LensCrafters is owned by The same owners but I will not purchase there and will share the unauthorized charging and quoting of the eye exam.

The office was very clean.
The doctor was very thorough and pleasant. I would definitely refer them to friends and family.
