★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The amount of love and respect I have for this office over the last 15 plus years is at a level that deserves the utmost appreciation. You are treated kindly like a family member from the first time you step through those glass doors. Optometrists and patients have changed throughout the years but the consistency of tip-top level of customer appreciation and service, has stayed the same. And a lot of that has to do with the front staff with Doris leading the way. She's amazing, through and through. She'll guide and help you through anything you need. Her expertise in the optical world is above and beyond.
Dr. Dhaliwal and his staff have always made every visit a blessing. Even if you're scared of the declining of your eyesight like myself. They seem to know how to bring you back up and assure you they'll have you seeing 20/20 in no time. I have had several upon several prescriptions over the years that were done perfectly! Even during this Global Pandemic, they'll make sure you are covered and not left without. I feel so blessed to have chose this office. I live 2.5 hours away now. And still go to them for my optical needs.
Thank you Dr. Dhaliwal & Associates for being the best optical clinic in the world. Bias, maybe? You'll have to go see for yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took me a while to reach them by phone its a very busy office. Well worth the wait. Dr. Dhaliwal was not available to see me on my days off but Dr. Alhamdan was just as amazing. I highly recommend both doctors. The pleasant recepionist was just a bonus to the visit. See you in a year guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been trying to get my son, who is 7, in for months as he can’t see the board. Then there were episodes when his vision blacked out completely. Family doctor advised to see an optometrist urgently or go to McMaster children’s emergency. This office didn’t respond to phone messages or emails outlining the issues. Went to another place who took our concerns seriously. They have all our business now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been seeing Dr. Dhaliwal as a family for many years. He is always great and very detailed in his examination which is wonderful.
My reason for the 4/5* is his staff.
Voicemail is always full, not surprised as it rang several times while I waiting to be seen 45 minutes past my appt time and it didn't get answered once or the voicemail checked.
He currently has 2 receptionists, an older woman and a younger one. Older woman super nice, overall friendly and attentive, the younger one had me practicing extreme restraint to not let her know what I thought of her bedside manner.
She is short, rude and comes across as a very pretentious know it all and better then you type person. She is most definitely making me want to look elsewhere for another Dr, she left a really sour taste
