★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly service. Came in on a snow day to get my nose pads changed and the expert wasn't in until Saturday to fix them, but they tried anyways and turned out great! Thank you again ? last time I had to fix my arm and they fixed it no cost, same with the nose pads!

My sales person Crystal was very patient and informative which was very helpful for deciding on which glasses to purchase. I will definitely return and recommend to all my family and friends. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many frames to choose from. Farah helped me pick the perfect pair. She was very helpful and pleasant. I like that she suggested different options for the frames and type of lenses that I needed.
The 40% off lenses made it a great time to purchase a new pair of glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A staff member ordered new frames for me to replace some broken ones. I went to get the new ones today and the guy helping me told me they'd accidentally ordered me new replacement lenses, too. He said I had to pay $25 for these lenses even though I didn't ask for them. I told him that was ridiculous and I wasn't gonna pay for his or the company's mistake, so he said, "How about you give us a Google review as payment," as if he were doing me a favour. So anyway, here's my review -- really bad store, really bad service. Other LensCrafters are great, but this place bloooooooows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience we had with Christopher was great - his service is the only reason I am giving a 4 star rating. The technology they make their staff use made the experience difficult and was not user friendly at all. Technology for the sake of having it and looking “cool” when it hinders your guests and employees environment and experience is not a plus.
But again the staff we dealt with were outstanding and helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience here. All staff I interacted with were very helpful and friendly. I was greeted by a very well dressed gentleman who made me feel comfortable immediately. Chris helped me go through the steps to order the glasses and he was AMAZING. So nice to chat with, very patient while I figured out an issue on my end, and all around a pleasure to interact with. Their was a technical error during my visit that prevented me from making the purchase that day so I had to come back. Given their quality service I wasn’t bothered at all about needing to return the following day. They accommodated and made the situation right.
Being a young woman I’ve experienced bad customer service in a number of retail environments, including other eye glass stores. It feels as though there is a preconceived notion that I can’t afford anything or that I’m an annoyance so there’s no sense in trying to help me. This LensCrafters instantly made me feel welcome, comfortable, and secure. Chris went above and beyond my expectations and truly made it a fun and great experience. I will recommend them to everyone and go back when I need my next pair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a couple of pleasant visits recently at this LensCrafters location at Lime Ridge in Hamilton. They have a great selection on various brands & their Representatives are very helpful. What I liked the most about my recent couple of visits, was when I picked a pair of glasses I liked, they didn't just give me the pair that was on display, but gave me the option to have new ones ordered which was a nice touch. I was quoted a delivery time of two-weeks but received them in a couple of days--thanks Crystal! Also, on a return visit, Aman helped me with another pair of glasses. What I liked about him was he actually went the extra mile to check the condition of the lenses. He even caught a scratched lens which he brought to my attention & offered me an alternative. I've shopped previously at other eyeglasses shops where none of these steps/options were adhered to. Plus, the Optician that does the adjustments is first-class as well. It can get very busy in there, so it's best to come during non-peak times. Thanks to the LensCrafters Team!
