★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks so much for helping me find frames to fit my old lens after I’ve been living with a self repaired pair of glasses for months. Now my husband will not be so embarrassed to be seen with me. Lol. The staff were nothing but pleasant and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter purchased a pair of glasses here in February after a terrible car accident. They had them ready within the hour. Yesterday they broke because she sat on them. We called the store and asked if they could be fixed. We got there and they had already found the frames and it took mike literally 3 seconds to replace. Free of charge cause they were under warranty. The professionalism of the team from the lady on the phone to the greetings of mike was excellent. Thank you for making things just a little bit easier during this hard time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the city this weekend and decided to stop by Sunday afternoon on a whim from a suggestion of a local friend of mine.
The nose piece on my glasses were both oily, dirty and one was broken.
I was hoping they would be able to replace my nose supports, clean and adjust my glasses for me but was a bit shy and worried they may not be able to do so as I did not have an appointment.
What happened next was unbelievable; right away when I walked in a lady who was helping someone else greeted me with a smile. I walked up to the counter and explained my situation to the lady at the desk. She took my glasses to the back and in about 15 minutes came back out with my glasses with new nose supports, freshly cleaned and assisted me with adjusting the frames to sit properly.
The level of service I received from 3 for 1 was unbelievable! I felt welcomed and valued like I was family and VIP. This level of customer service is really unheard of in 2018.
To Jenny; Keep Up The Great Work - Let Your Boss Know You Deserve A Raise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for eye test, didn't feel comfortable buying glasses. There were what looked like a lot of 'sales' staff sitting in the store.
At the end of my eye exam I was asked how I felt about the exam. My response was 'ok'. I don't know if this wasn't the answer they were looking for, but that was pounced on..
If you want true, candid feedback, it should be requested autonomously. You can not improve unless you have honest unbiased opinions. And then you must accept those opinions.
Skip the direct questioning at the end and move to online or similar.
