The owner was understanding and very apologetic of my disappointment of the original order and ended up sending my mother-in-law a new arrangement the next day that was much better.

We ordered a Florist’s Choice bouquet to be delivered to my mother-in-law for her birthday since we could not celebrate with her in person due to the lockdown. I was not impressed with the arrangement or quality of the flowers. She sent us a photo just 2 days after receiving it and the flowers and they were already wilting and the size of the arrangement for what we paid was not worth it. I will no longer be ordering anymore flowers from here.

It’s hard to send your congratulations being far away so I decided to try floral delivery for the first time- was very impressed! Their same day delivery did not disappoint! She received the arrangement not even five hours after I had placed the order. The process was easy and they delivered it with care. Will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank you!!
