p	pro vocation on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed 2 orders one for pick up and one for delivery. The order for pick up, I wasnt called to be informed that the order was even ready. As this was to be an element a part of a larger arrangement, it was time sensitive. I did specify times too in my original order. My reciept said that my other flowers would be delivered for 12:45. They were delivered by 2:20. I told my mother in-law to be around for the drop off. She has a few errands to run. They were literally just locking their door to head out when the delivery arrived. I understand considering it's a mothers day order, that they are busy however, it doesn't excuse the lack of communication. I had asked questions via email that never got confirmed. Perhaps they shouldn't specify a time on their reciepts but instead should put a window of time. Both orders are beautiful though. The delivery guy I am told was "a nice young man". 60.00 pink arrangement 25.00 yellow arrangement

Georgie is a true artist and the flowers were absolutely stunning. She is so kind and easy to work with, and an absolute master at her craft. She was also very accommodating and able to work within our budget without compromising quality. We can't recommend i fiori highly enough!

The pencil cactus they chose for me is an absolute beaut, and this pothos I've had for a couple years is still thriving. Thank you, i fiori! Your plant love shows ?

She designed stunning florals for our wedding day and has been delighting us with gorgeous bouquets every two weeks as members of Flower Club. Definitely the place to go if you want something beautiful, unique, and outside the overly familiar offerings that are usually available.
A	Amaya Mocha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an advance order for mother's Day Flowers, after using I Fiori for years; but this time not only were the flowers truly of worse quality than I ever could have imagined, the owner was truly awful about it. The single peony included was already fully opened, had lost petals, and was certain to last no more than a day. The ranunculus were even worse, dropping their petals the instant the bouquets were unwrapped, the snapdragons I requested were completely left out, and the roses were all damaged and crumpled. The full bouquets were also quite sparse, with the amount of flowers included in three bouquets certainly not being adequate for more than two bouquets (and that's really stretching it). Worst of all, the owner of the shop treated me very badly when I called to inform her of the issues. She offered no refund, but suggested I drive back to her city (which she was aware is not where I live; and would have cost a fortune with gas prices at a record high) so that she could inspect the flowers and possibly switch out stems. She was rude, accusatory and aggressive with me throughout the conversation and any "apology" that was offered was completely insincere, with a clear tone of irritation and aggression. Honestly, I would have been much better off buying grocery store flowers. If you're considering giving I Fiori your business, don't waste your time and hard-earned money. This company has completely changed and will not provide the quality product and service you would expect to receive.
