★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were really disappointed. Spend 180 for a wreath and got to the funeral.. it look like a quick put together. We really respect the person that pass but never thought of aux bad job with the flower and very disappointing for first time purchase. Please make sure you check your flower being paying them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jean's Flowers did an absolutely stunning job on my flowers for my wedding day! They were so gorgeous and everyone kept commenting on the colours and selections. I am so happy that we went with Jeans! Everyone there was friendly, responsive and extremely thorough with the information they gave me. They even delivered my flowers to my venue and set them up for me. After the wedding I kept my flowers in a vase on my table and they were still fragrant and colourful for 3 months after! Thank you again to the whole team, we are over the moon with the job you did!

The flowers are fresh and smell lovely and now the entire bedroom smells like flowers! The colors are vibrant and the flowers are soft and elegant. The perfect way to surprise your SO. Thank you!

She was able to take my order right away and have it delivered the same day, even at 2:00 pm. This kind of service, compassion, and attention to detail is what sets Jean's Flower Shop aside from the rest. I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jean’s flower shop did an excellent job on my wedding bouquets and the pricing was excellent! The arrangements were fresh and delivered on time to our hotel. I loved the fact there were wedding bouquet packages since I had to order last minute.
Highly recommend this florist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jean’s Flower Shop is an extremely professional establishment, offering amazing service and superb arrangements and quality! I was extremely satisfied with my order.
I had originally ordered an arrangement for Mother’s Day, set to be delivered to my Mums's house (the arrangement in the brown basket). Unfortunately once the arrangement arrived, many of the flowers were already browned, and within 2 days many had died or fallen off. After the unfortunate mishap with the original arrangement, I had contacted Jean’s Flower Shop and they were quick to reply and send out a replacement arrangement (the arrangement in the white basket) free of charge, no questions asked, within the following day.
The new arrangement is absolutely STUNNING! They look and smell absolutely beautiful, and pieced together so wonderfully. Excellent customer service and professionalism! Thank you Jean's Flower Shop! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While we've had beautiful bouquets from Jean's in the past, this arrangement was a huge let down. I ordered red roses with baby's breath for my wife's birthday. When they came, they arrived with no baby's breath, roses that were already very much open, and half eaten leaves. A call was made and they happily replaced them and added the baby's breath. The unfortunate part was that this second group of roses wasn't much better. This bunch was closed, and never really did open up, and they're now turning black and wilted. Also no fragrance at all. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jean’s Shop is amazing! The owner and staff are very kind and supportive. I had a flower bouquet sent on Mother’s Day that arrived missing two of the small detailings on the original photo. I reached out to the shop, and they created a new bouquet ? with the details redone! It’s delivered the next day!! This is absolutely amazing, thank you and I wish more people will be shopping with you. Great service with a personal touch.
