n	nick yeboah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a terrible experience with this location. Ordered the food through Uber eats, however wings up uses their own delivery drivers. When the food said that it arrived I went upstairs, as I opened the basement door my house alarm began to go off the wings up employee was standing in my house. He had put the food on the floor in my kitchen and was just standing there in the dark. When I asked him what he was doing in my house he said that the door opened by itself(I find it very hard to believe considering the alarm was not set off until he opened my door). It makes no sense to me the delivery instructions said to leave it at the door. Why would you even attempt to touch the door at all. After a few words the driver just ran to his car with nothing to say. Very disappointed I feel like my privacy has been violated I have two children at home and they woke up screaming because the house alarm was making so much noise. This driver should not be doing deliveries if he thinks it is acceptable to enter customers homes. When I told the restaurant they did not seem like they cared and I won't be surprised if nothing is done about the situation. I will never give my money to this establishment again.
M	Matthew Burton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Messed up my order no barbeque sauce on the buffalo wrap. This poor Ceasar salad. Its basically a liquid. I couldn't tell there was plastic at the bottom either. Its pretty bad. Sometimes great. Sometimes just sad.
F	Flor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made an order, and did it not only take over an hour until we got a call from the restaurant driver, but he called to tell us he couldn’t find the location—even though we have never had a problem when we ordered from different restaurants. We had to settle to meet where they were and were more than willing to walk 10-15 minutes under the rain to meet the driver. By the time we get there, the driver is gone. I call the restaurant, they tell me the driver is on his way back because we made him wait for 15 minutes. Would most definitely not recommend ordering from here.

But the gentleman who answered said, '30 minutes till it is at your door.' Perfect!!! It was delivered hot and fresh! And as you can see through the photo, early by one minute. Delicious, too!?

However my order arrived and the bag was not tied like it usually was. My meal was for some reason put upright/vertical. All the contents of the bag spilled out. Clearly the "sticker seal" they put on it was not done correctly. I called the location - and they won't take any responsibility for the problem. Their suggestion was "call door dash. We did our part in packaging it properly" If it was packaged properly and sealed properly the meal wouldn't have spilled even if the door dash driver mishandled it. I do not recommend this location.
