I placed an online order and immediately I wanted to cancel as per the app I called the restaurant 5 times. 5th time employee picked up the call and informed it was already made and he cannot cancel it. I was upset about it because app asks you to call them but restaurant doesn't pick up the call . I submitted a feedback and the same employee called back and was disrespectful and rude. He was upset with me for submitting feedback. When asked why is there an option to cancel the order in the app when there is actually no way for them to do it , He said he doesn't know what is in the app. The store is busy in noons so they can't receive calls . I have never had such an experience of being yelled at just for submitting a feedback.

And when I was ordering, and asked for extra green peppers, he literally took one extra and put it on, in a mocking manner. Then when I asked for extra onions, he said in a sarcastic way, "Do you even want me to close this stupid sub or server it open to you?!". Then when I asked for a little extra salt and pepper, he just kept going on without any concerns about the food he was making. He put too much on as you can see the amount of salt and pepper left over on the sub wrapper. At this point I felt unwelcome in the establishment and even with the sauses he was banging the bottles when putting it back down and being really rude in general. This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a Subway. I will never come here again and I do not recommend this store to anyone. I did not do anything to provoke the server and yet he was unprofessional and rude to me. Just avoid this store and all its negativity.

There were 2 guys working, both were very nice and fast!! I will definately be going there again. All the ingredients looked fresh and my sub tasted great.
