v	vaultcrawler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the definition of a dumpster fire. 1 girl at the front trying to handle what she can calling for help and getting ignored. The cook too busy gabbing then 10 minutes later having to wait for they to cook fries cuz the slacker in back can't keep up... also we were the only 2 in the store when we got there so it wasn't an issue of being busy. Avoid this trash heap at all cost
D	D Jr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 girl working counter all wasted can’t even make up a sentence, and one guy in the back “cooking” ( more like messing up every order) , the girls were looking through every order and more focused on that like they were checking the halloween basket for candy, rather then helping out us or any customer for that fact. When 2 customers came in they said they weren’t cooking anymore of what they wanted and both left with no food ( great customer service ?) And when asked what was in a meal she responded “ i dont know” and turned around. Waited for a inside order with only one other customer in the store for 30 minutes, absolutely ridiculous…. Our donuts came with no sugar or anything just plain, and when asked to fix it she refused. Then when i was talking to her she started to talk to a Uber driver and completely ignored me. I’ve never ate or went to a fast food or any restaurant that had such horrible customer service and horrible food. Our fountain drinks were basically water because she didn’t have the common sense to flush out the machine before pouring our drinks. If you want to waste your money and wait a hour for some disgusting food, this is the place for you!
P	Pegah Sarraf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered fish and shrimp platter, and it was awful! The shrimp was just flour and they didn't bring our fries! Another thing was that the meal prepared very late and it was soggy! Even one star is more than enough for such a bad restaurant.
L	Lily Ashby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was made quickly but I would have preferred my chicken burger patty was made fresh, as it seemed like an old patty was over fried to make it warm or it was fried in old oil. I was the only customer there, so there was no rush. Poor quality.

We gave it the benefit of the doubt and ordered there again. Same thing. This time they gave us only half our order. No sides, except an onion ring (and we ordered double sides for each) & no pop. The onion rings were SO incredibly overcooked they crumbled into dust or you couldn't even bite into them. The onions were gone. No dipping sauces either. I gave two stars because again, benefit of the doubt... maybe its because it was later in the shift near closing. Also, tried a poutine from there the last time and it was not bad.
R	Ray Phoenix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good but it takes way too long. There have been several times I have went to this location and waited 15 minutes or more for a chicken sandwich. This kind of defeats the purpose of fast food. Sit down restaurants have faster wait times than this place.

The late shift of employees, two girls on cash and one male in the kitchen, consistently refuse to serve or make more chicken after 11 o'clock, an hour before closing. This has happened almost every time I try to pick up food. If you refuse to make food after 11, that should be your closing time.

During two visits I was twice given the wrong drinks. The young woman didn't seem to understand how their promotion works.. I had to show her, then she left out the biscuit portion of chicken and biscuit. I will simply not give them my business anymore. The franchisee really needs to supervise his/her staff
