★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still a great place for a great tasting sandwich. I had the pleasure of meeting John the owner. A true mark of a great company is how well the customer is treated and l was very well treated. With great tasting food and quality people why go any where else. Google has listed the closing time incorrectly. They are actually open until midnight Monday- Saturday evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a little gem in a neighbourhood that could use more love and supports.
The restaurant is clean and bright. The staff were so friendly. Stopped in when it was not busy and they talked about the history of the restaurant and the chain.
You have to respect a business that can hold its own since the 1970s.
Subs were tasty and the ingredients were fresh.
Definitely on the list of places to grab a quick and reasonably priced meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking forward to subs for dinner last night, as I walked up to the door, I noticed that one of the staff was wearing a plastic mouth shield instead of a proper mask. This is not an acceptable mask under the Hamilton mask bylaw as it does not catch or filter your breath. I will not eat here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wife picked up subs for dinner tonight.
Her assorted she said was good. My double stacked Montreal smoked meat was embarrassing to say the least. Could only taste the bun and mustard. Mr Sub at 478 King st in hamilton on should be ashamed to charge that kind of money for so little meat sad the assorted weighed more than twice the amount than my sub.
Will no be a returning customer that is forsure.
Well I decided to give them another shot. The young lady behind the counter assured me that the employee made my last double Montreal sub incorrect.
She made me one and it was amazing. I did not catch her name but either way thank you for renewing my trust in a local shop.
