Erica has catered events at our venue and the quality of her food and service is top notch. We've also recently hired Erica to do a virtual cooking class for our 250 members and it was a huge success. She designed a delicious 3-course menu with a full shopping list, and hosted a virtual cooking class so that our members could follow along at home. The cooking class was incredible, and our participants loved it. Erica was equally entertaining and informative, and her infectious personality and passion for food is one of a kind!

She not only shared three recipes that we got hands on time and instruction to make ourselves but she also revealed a few secret chef tips. Her passion for teaching was evident and really helped get our whole group excited and invested in turning out some homemade pasta creations that were sensational!

Everything was fresh and well organized and labeled. We received the recipes and a list of utensils that we would need. It was a super fast paced course with tons of tips and lots of laughs. I have some experience cooking in restaurants but I still learned all kinds of knife skills and tips about spices and seasonings. I really enjoyed how while we were waiting for everyone to catch up she entertained us with interesting stories about her family and background. I would highly recommend her classes to both novice and cooks with some experience!

From a Spanish play list and cocktail recommendation. We had the food package as well, which was awesome. All portioned and high quality ingredients. Erica was very informative and lots of fun. Can't wait to take a trip somewhere else with her.

This was our first class with Erica and she is very personable and patient. We had to hustle to get through all the menu items but still had time for a little beverage while following along. Erica was very approachable when the class was finished as we unfortunately lost our power for the last 20 minutes of the class but completed our meal with Erica’s help.

Erica is a great person with such an amazing personality, and she puts all that into her work with you over the two hour cooking class! She talks so passionately about all the ingredients and teaches you about all the small things that go into making a beautiful and delicious dish. The classes are not just for beginners. I already had experience with cooking and really enjoy it, and learning about new foods/techniques etc. She made the whole experience really informative and fun! The food came out amazing for both of the classes, these will definitely be recipes I will cook again! I'm excited to take more of her classes in the future, and hopefully one day in person!
