Do not waste your time with them if there is any possibility that your case may be a tough one, unless you have ten’s of thousands of dollars to dish out before the case. They strung us along for almost a year until they required $20 000 dollars from us. When we did not have the money, they dropped us instantly. Now we are in a worse position then before. Their promise that “You don’t pay unless we win” is false unless it’s a sure thing. Be careful of these snakes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had a lengthy discussion with Mr. Stayshyn regarding a bicycle accident in which I sustained injuries. Mr Stayshyn clearly explained the steps I needed to take (insurance, medical check up, physio appointments, etc, etc), in order to properly document the medical aspects, should a legal case result at a later time. He was very throrough in explaining the law to me as a non-expert. After approximately 40 minutes, when I was satisfied that I understood the necessary steps to protect my legal position, I offered to pay Mr. Stayshyn for his time. He refused payment saying that only if and when I retained his services, would we discuss costs. Very ethical and up front individual. I recommend speaking to him should you be unfortunate to be injured in an accident.
