Because they would say they would come at a certain time and then they don’t show up and plus they take the money before they come to the location! They did this to me and my sisters we were planning a big graduation surprise and told them to come at 12 so they took the full amount of money and never showed up kept calling no one would answer!! I do NOT recommend going there!!!!!!

As a professional event planner I have high expectations of the vendors I work with and they definitely did not disappoint. Even during these unprecedented times they were well organized, respectful of our home, reliable and extremely professional. I want to personally thank Kirby for bringing my vision to life. I look forward to working with them again on future events.
