My gf dropped her phone off for repair, when we went to pick it up he said to come back in 5 minutes. I was a bit sketched out because it was supposed to be done over an hour ago, so I watched him go down to another repair store beside Starbucks and picked her phone up. When I confronted him about it he lied to my face

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stars. Absolutely disgusting. I bought this phone case for almost $25 and the next day, the ring in the back that your supposed to use to hold your phone or use as a stand, broke. It was very very stiff to begin with and I knew it was only a matter of time before it broke. I went back two days later as I was working all weekend, and he refused to give me a refund or exchange. He even had the audacity to suggest I buy another phone case. I always shop online and this time I decided to support local. Not that this guy ruined it for local stores, but its a shame that business owners can be this hungry and evil. He kept telling me anyone else wouldn't offer a refund or exchange. He also kept telling me that I clearly did something to it. This man is clearly uneducated when it comes to customer service and running a business. Stay away from this place and only purchase from a store that actually tells you before you purchase that you can return or exchange if need be.
