★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place. I highly recommend this place. I need it to change my screen on the phone as I dropped it on the floor it broke Luckily, I came across this store online, walked in without an appointment and came back in an hour's time and my phone was like brand new! They are excellent. Fast, efficient service and they have friendly staff at a great price. I will always go back here.

Just over a week ago I purchased a samsung phone from this business by means of a facebook marketplace add. The salesman showed me two phones and made sure to put a case on the one he handed me (I later took the case off to find a crack in the rear facia). When I asked about it, he assured me it was cosmetic and would not affect the IP68 rating (the only reason I went for this phone over my last A8 was the waterproof rating)
8 DAYS later both my cameras have water in them and I have been told to send the phone I just bought to samsung so they can fix it.
DISHONEST, do not trust this store or their salesmen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I usually don't make bad reviews, but I am for this place. I dropped off a phone that was virtually unscathed, with no scratches, and it looked brand new. When I picked up my phone I immediately saw that the whole sides are scratched up. It literally looks like the person who "repaired" my phone took a key to the sides of my phone and just started scratching. There is literally glue I can see coming out of the sides of my power button. My volume down button is crooked. When I asked the man who repaired my phone about this and asked him to give us a discount he said "let's not start". Even though I worked so hard to keep this phone well, now it's just ruined. Don't go here. Go somewhere where people won't jack up your phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gentleman that I dealt with at Global tech was a pleasure. He was very understanding about my broken phones lol and gave me a very good deal on prices. Two phones fixed in less then a week and i was able to get my son a phone for his birthday and I’m not completely broke...I will definitely go back and i have been recommending him to everyone I know.

We received great service, great value and quick response in both cases where we dropped our phones and needed quick service. The gentleman working with him was friendly and honest. Happy to spend our money where it's appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place says they are open at 11. You call to enquire on how much to fix a phone, the guy tells u. so ya show up to get ur phone fixed, place is closed. No one answering door, or phone again but the place says open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff Is very friendly had to get my iphine 12 pro max fixed .atif is knowledgeable gave me a discount and good proce. He gave me a free screen protector. Definitely recommend for lcd repairs. I also bought Samsung note 10 plus gave me a good deal and warranty. Make sure to get appointment as store is busy at times. I would say 10 star service.
