S	Shannon Brydon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is IDK. I was at a different location a week earlier and had an amazing sub. I think it was called a Canadian Clubhouse. I saw this option in a poster walking into the first store. The poster also had a Southwestern steak sub which I ordered for my son. The second restaurant {this one that the review is for} didn't have the poster advertising these subs. Now here's my problem, I asked about the Canadian club with bacon ham and turkey and three times I had to ask because I could not understand his answer through his accent. I didn't want to seem rude so I told him that I was hard of hearing when it was actually the accident the reason I just didn't get it. After the third time I gave up because I figured I could keep asking and it'll be the same where I just cannot understand because of his accent. So now I still don't know if being different restaurants they offer different items or if it was a special that's over with, I just don't know. I think when you're in the service industry you need to be able to speak well enough that native English speakers can understand you. I apologize that this seems rude, but it was my genuine problem that I could not understand what he was saying. When we got back to the car I asked my husband and he couldn't understand him either.
D	Donald Bolton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The subs are pretty customizable here, as long as they give you the right stuff. Would be 4 star but my last sub was missing a bunch of chicken (last 3 inches had none) and the bacon was absent.
S	Sonny Rattan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing experience. Ordered via mobile for curbside pickup. Arrived at 6 pm my pickup time. Food did not come out until 625. Called store and was hung up on 2 times. Store said they did not get my order and had to call the manager who did see my order. Bad customer service.

I ordered a meat sub, my girlfriend is vegetarian.He touched the meat for my order, and then touched my girlfriend's sub bun, and pattie. I told him about it, he didn't understand me, and kept touching other toppings. Another staff member came over, and made her a new sub. This is not the first time I have had an issue like this at various Subway locations. We will not be returning to this location.

They touch the computer with the same gloves they make the subs with, and then continue to make subs. Had to leave again today don’t feel like dying. Please please please re-train the staff it’s absolutely disgusting. I’d put less stars but I don’t even like leaving bad reviews I know how tough business is. Make sure they are cleaner the next time around. All I can think about is now everything in that store is contaminated . Gross me right out. I was there Sunday February 13th at 4:10pm. I’ve left twice over this . Please solve it . Thanks

Someone told me that Subway changed their policy and you will no longer get a sub with two pieces of meat on it and they were right I actually ordered a ham and turkey sub and it had 10 pieces of meat on it that covered all of the bread. There was actually enough toppings on it that I could say I had a very nutritious sub.

I looked down and I was unpleasantly surprised with a long hair coming from my sandwich (this joint was really stuck in there and I was pulling for a minute). Only reason why I rated 2 stars instead of 1 is because shordy behind the counter was kinda valid so i’ll let it slide.
