★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered for the first time through Uber Eats. Order was finished quickly and arrived before estimated time. The bag it came in was specifically made to hold 2 drinks which was awesome.
The bubble tea themselves are delicious! (Normally I go to CoCo because I like to use their app to pre-order, but I think The Alley might have tastier drinks.) Definitely will be going in sometime to get more and telling friends to try it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better bubble tea places in Hamilton. It's a bit pricy for the size of drink but worth for sure.
I really enjoy the passion fruit green tea with no seeds. The passion fruit is sort of candied and with the tapioca is just excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ .Good service! The girls there are always kind ! The drinks are delicious, my recommendation is the "three milk" med sugar, less ice! Relatively cheap ( around 10$). The only problem that I have is that my glasses become fogy because inside the place is very hot and wet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hm. I understand the Alley is busy but the staff seem frazzled. They seem to be taking their jobs seriously but are borderline rude in their request for customers to wait outside (you gotta give people their number before you yell at everyone to wait outside until you call their numbers…). I wouldn’t have tipped had I had the choice.
The drinks, however, were on-point, and similar to the Alleys I have had overseas in Asia.
