★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was fine, but it was the staff that’s the problem. I’ve come here a lot and I literally pray in the car before entering that I don’t get this one specific worker. I never wrote a review but today I had enough. He was Asian and seemed around 20-30. I believe he had glasses, but I cannot remember, and he had dark hair. He was extremely unfriendly and just seemed very annoyed. His tone was very rude and he got irritated when we were taking a bit longer to put on our toppings even though there was no one other than us inside. If you suffer from (social) anxiety I do not at all recommended going here especially if he is there. I myself suffer from anxiety and my experience with him was extremely unpleasant. I don’t want anyone to lose their job but he could at least be nicer and not look so irritated. Very unprofessional of him. Not coming here again, 0/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Froyo places, and I’ve been to a lot! They always have a great variety of flavours and toppings, but the one thing that makes it even better is the staff! They are always so incredibly kind, and go above and beyond to make the experience. Gotta love froyo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved how it's always busy and it gives people the space to chill and chat. Although they do not carry all of the flavours, most toppings are always stocked. Gummies were hard though, I sense that they should be replaced every now and then.
Love it how they're open very late at night. Always a treat to go there at 12am!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiramisu froyo was so good!! Also the nutella flavoured one was pretty good too! Love the variety of toppings and the fact that they had both gloves and hand sanitizer available for customers to use with the machines was very nice! Sadly the red velvet topping is always finished but hopefully I can try some one day! Spoons are also biodegradable which is pretty nice. Would definitely recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 drinks. They messed up one of the drinks and the other one was of really poor quality. Tapioca pearls super hard. They said they tried them out and they tasted fine so I'm guessing the quality of their drinks is just really low to begin with Instead of trying to fix their drinks they told me to complain to ubereats. Plenty of other bbt places so I would recommend going elsewhere.
Edit: presotea customer service informed me this location was fraudulently using their name on ubereats...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The froyo was so good, and so cheap too! At the other places they seem to really charge for the toppings, but I put a ton on and the price didn't really go up. The fact that you can still serve it yourself helps that out, and makes it not cost a ton just for a sprinkle of toppings. The flavour selection is vast too, I never thought I'd see taro flavour but it tasted so good.
