★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service!!! Staff was very rude when I called to complain about ballons I got from him n how bad the quality was ! Didn’t offer a refund or anything! He actually said “ it’s not my problem, it’s YOUR problem”! He didn’t bother listening to what I have to say! No manners in dealing with customers even though I asked if there is anything he can do and he said NO!. I hardly ever write reviews but he was so rude that I can’t help but letting people know so they wouldn’t experience it themselves!!! Such a ripoff!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly owners. Helpful and patient when you need anything. I go in for one thing and end up buying five. They seem to have unique items that you don't find easily elsewhere. Got masks, sanitizers and gloves there when I needed them. Definitely recommend. Also great that they have Canada Post in there.

Talking in another language while serving customers, the owner or manager whoever he was, ran after me thinking I didn't pay $3 for tape even though his employee charged me and I paid. He yelled across from the store thinking I was running out to avoid paying $3. The Store smells terrible As soon as you walk in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service and very bad manners. I went to send out a package, and there were 2 people in front of me and a large amount of large boxes to the side. originally I thought one of the 2 people in front of me will take a while, no problem. However, the 2 people get serviced and when it came to my turn the woman asks me to wait so she can start processing the order of someone who was not even in the store and was not even finished brining in all of his packages. He left his first 10 here so he could go home and get the other 10. On top of that she took a personal phone call before handling the other persons packages. That is unacceptable and I will never be returning and I will go out of my way to prevent people to shopping there so that they can avoid the negative experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store hours says 10 am to 8 pm. I was there at 6:25 pm and the door was locked and nobody was in, although the sign said “open”. Waste of my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for something specific ...tried lot of other Dollar stores couldnt find it.. finally was thrilled to get it here.. bought 2 right away. That proves not all dollar stores are same. Lady was very friendly and helpful. Store was maintained clean. They also have Canada Post inside.. very convenient. Lots of parking in the plaza too.
