S	S T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's hit and miss now when I order here. It used to be very good. Now they use a couple pieces of fruit and fill it with ice, water and syrup. They use zero measurement so each time it taste different. I've literally had to throw away the drinks when I've gone home without trying it.

They ALWAYS mess up the drink orders whether its the wrong size, they miss a topping, or they forget to add sugar, it’s a complete mess. The staff dont even greet you when you come in, they just keep their heads down while they’re cutting up mango chunks - compared to other bbt places like cocos or kung fu tea, they actually greet you and get your drinks right. Im also so confused on the wait times because they usually have 4-5 people working in there (always the same people) but it takes them 20 min to make one drink. I used to work in a bubble tea franchise in the area and I’ve also visited the real fruit location at square one so when I came here (I’ve also been to this specific location 5-6 times cause its the closest to me) it surprised me to see how terrible the service was, especially if you’re paying $30 for 4 drinks. Won’t be coming back here, I hope their hiring manager does a better job.

I was right in front of the register and was very obviously waiting to be served., I get that it’s busy and one of their registers weren’t working but to treat the person right in front of you as if they’re invisible? Just, wow. If the person behind me didn’t start huffing, they probably would’ve continued to ignore as much as they could. Terrible customer service.

This is why I drive all the way to The Woodbine centre real fruit location to get quality service and product..I'm disappointed beyond measure ....I have had this experience 3 times prior with this location when I ordered via skip the dishes...at this point just close down..today did it for me...I sent my teen to buy these slushes today and gross error on The Real fruit....never again at this location.

But recently bought Mango Diamond Slush Large from this particular branch (Credit Valley Town Plaza, 6085 Creditview Rd, Mississauga, ON L5V 2A8) only to find multiple hair strands in it. I almost drove away only to realise what a disappointment that drink was. I just trashed it looking at the strands in the drink which was sealed. They should be careful while providing the drink and avoid these common mistakes.
