★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Relax Beauty for close to 10 years now. Darlene helped me deal with severe acne as a teenager and has helped me to manage, clarify and heal my skin in my 20’s. I recently switched over entirely to her skin care products and I couldn’t be happier with them! My skin has never looked so good. The time and care that Darlene takes in creating a regime specific to your skin type is amazing. I absolutely love going to the spa, chatting all things beauty and trying out new skin care products and makeup and going for facials. I recommend Relax Beauty to everyone I know. I have always appreciated Darlene’s honesty and her explanations, which have helped me to understand my skin better and figure out what it needs to look and feel healthy and beautiful! Thank you Relax Beauty for being my go-to beauty guru. The easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have known Darlene for over 20 years. She gives by far the best facial I have ever had. I lived in Toronto for over 10 years and her facial is better than most of the top spas that I would go to when I lived there. She really has a magic touch.
Most recently she has a new product for pain and it is truly amazing. She has both a cooling and a heat option and I can speak from experience - both products they work wonders. My whole family swears by the products. They are all natural and you can feel them working as soon as you rub it on. HIGHLY recommend!!

I bought her nail kit and when I picked it up in the shop she gave me a manicure and really educated me about my nail shape, how to take care of them, and how to use the products correctly. She also threw in a ton of extra goodies! I never knew how badly I needed a proper manicure. What a huge difference from when I walked in there! I never knew how good my nails could feel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to Darlene for about 4-5 years now. I remember the day I stepped into her salon. Her radiant energy immediately made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe.
I’ve had trouble with my eyebrows my entire life. Other brow techs have butchered them to the point of no return. However, with Darlene, she not only gave my brows a new life but she changed the way my face looks with finding the right brow shape best suited for me.
I drive 45 minutes just to come visit her from Brampton. She’s THAT amazing. People find it wild that I drive that far to get my brows done but honestly it is the impeccable service that keeps me coming back. She takes her time but that’s because she is so precise — she is truly a genius at her craft. She also has her own skincare line that I’ve purchased from like her facial oil. It was specifically custom made for my skin type. You cannot find service like this at other places.
She also gives the best advice on life, regular care+maintenance tips and even movie suggestions haha
I just adore her!
