I like that I have the option to choose her each time and I'll usually book my appointments with her 2 months in advance because she books up so fast since she is just that good! There is also a nice little selection of natural and environmentally friendly products to purchase too that I like as well.

They take care of you, make sure you are comfortable, and make everything easy, especially if it is your first experience with waxing. Cannot recommend enough, they make waxing easy and convenient. I drive over 30 minutes for their services and it is 100% worth it.

Raine was so sweet and welcoming and made my first wax so very comfortable. I was told what was happening every step of the way and it wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be. The wax lounge itself is a clean, relaxing and cozy space for everything from waxing to facials and so much more. Not to mention the wonderful products they carry. I recommend anyone looking for a new spa to come here because it’s the best in the GTA.

What I got was my expectations blown out of the water - and realized my past experience were sub-par. The attention to detail, the thoroughness, and the overall comfort of my session has me excited for my next treatment - I’m beyond confident my results will be the best yet because of the thoroughness of my technician Raine. I almost fell asleep that’s how pain free the majority of my treatment was. Thank you wax lounge for investing in the top of the line system - can’t wait to come back!

The spa has a safe and welcoming atmosphere. Their products are fantastic and recommendations are suited to your needs. I am excited to try their other services in the near future.
