★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, knowledgable staff. LuLu & Lavigne carries a variety of home goods, gift ideas, and some humourous items. It's a great spot to find something to perk up your spirit (and your home) or to find a gift. Whenever I've messaged them online wth a question, they've been quick to respond. They carry a line of in-house made Hamilton products (totes, shirts, etc.) and I love to see the support of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this era of human-caused climate change, we all have a responsibility to do what we can to reverse the trend. Lulu & Lavigne, however, is doing the opposite. They keep their door propped open, regardless of the fact that it's zero degrees or lower outside and they're pumping heat out into the street. They are the only shop on Locke Street doing this. I have no comment on the quality of goods in this store, primarily because I would never enter the premises of a business indulging in such reckless behaviour.
