I've ordered from them on three separate occasions and it's always been great. The second time I had ordered, one of the books ended up being on back order from the publisher, so when my third order arrived Joe offered to ship the available books from my second order at the same time.
My only issue is the lack of response from the email listed on their website. However, when responding to the shipping confirmation email, they're always very prompt, which is why it's a 5 star and not a four star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've only ordered via their online shop, but I have to say the service is incredible! Kind staff, incredible selection and they order hard-to-find books for me. The email correspondent Jaime has been especially pleasant! This shop is an absolute delight and I cannot recommend it enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favorite bookstores - I've had great success just walking in (pre-pandemic) and grabbing books I end up loving, as they're featured. Their employees also have phenomenal taste in books. They support a lot of wonderful Canadian authors. I've been very happy with the selection from sci-fi, foraging/gardening to poly-sci. I have aimed to get my reading aptitude up during the pandemic, and have ordered all my novels from this shop.
