It’s so clean and way better then other machines I’ve had laser done on. Ela was the girl who did my treatment and she so careful to make sure to cover everything I wanted! Extremely professional staff I’ll be going here from now on.

Loved every part of the experience. Each treatment was enjoyable. Our estheticians Taylor and Giselle were so friendly and made us feel so comfortable. It's definitely such a treat to feel so pampered and I would definitely go back for more treatments at this beautiful spa. Thank you! (p.s. Love the sparkly pink wall and all the other touches of art around the facility.)

We felt so relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards it was like a mini vacation. The staff were friendly and professional. Shout out to Giselle and Taylor for all their hard work. 10/10 would recommend.

I went with my cousin and we enjoyed the experience together. We felt safe and so relaxed. Taylor, my Esthetician was wonderful, best facial I’ve ever had! The spa is beautifully decorated and super clean. Definitely will be going back again.

Definitely one of my favourite places to visit when I'm in town to visit my family. They are always so flexible and patient when helping me book things ahead of time, so I know I'll have a treat to look forward to when I arrive. Clean, comfy, well-priced, and great service. I love that they also allow us to book appointments through a variety of different formats ( email, phone, website, and app), which is extra handy while travelling.

Claudia was so friendly and fun, and the manicure work was done really well- she was communicative about the shape of my nails and how I like them done. The space is beautiful, clean, and all of the staff is very accommodating and welcoming. My only issue is that the shellac has almost completely come off in less than 2 days, which is really disappointing for the cost. I would expect a higher quality product, and a shellac manicure that lasts for more than 48 hours. Willing to give it another shot because the rest of the experience was positive!

They have a VIP area with access to showers, steam rooms and a sauna. The washroom had a fancy toilet with heated seats, bidet and dry function haha its an odd feeling for a toilet to blow air on your bum but kinda of luxurious too lol we got a charcuterie spread with non alcoholic mimosas as well. Made me feel super special! Massage was nice and the RMT was able to get the kinks out of my shoulders! Super relaxing. Pedicure was done well and was nice to gossip with my girls. The nail techs were also fun to hang out with haha one area of improvement however is that at the end, one lady kept coming in and saying we needed to be out of the VIP room by 1:30. Of note, my service for massage wasnt completed until 2:00 so not sure where my girls would have waited for me. Then she came back again and told them that its 1:00 and should start getting rdy to leave by 1:15? Anyway, my girls explained that they were waiting for me and they weren't kicked out or anything but did feel rushed. I think the lady was a bit anxious or hyper that day cause she was talking and walking very fast, not sure so I wont take off any stars as we still had a nice time.
