T	Thomas Butler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend booked us a month in advance but apparently that was too much of a task for them to put us in the schedule properly. No confirmation call or email was sent. The employee was extremely rude on the phone and offered us no compensation for the mistake and the Proceeded to tell we messed up and then lied about calling us. Who lies to their clients and blames them for making a mistake? Don’t EVER go here you might not make it past booking.
N	Nikki Ellis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a pedicure here at the same time as a friend. They were able to get us in for an appointment the day of when calling in the morning. However they started my friend first, the woman who did my pedicure was late starting mine but then proceeded to rush through everything to catch up so we would end at the same time. Meaning I received a half way exfoliation and massage when I’m paying for the same service. And being 9 months pregnant I was really looking forward to the leg/foot massage. My toenail edges were also not finished correctly, despite being under a dryer for 20 mins my nails were still not dry and I foresee the colour chipping within a couple days. Not at all what I was expecting. I didn’t put socks and shoes on for 2 hours after my pedicure and sock impressions were still left in my polish. So basically they’ll need to be redone.
C	Clarisse Mariano - Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The relaxation massage was amazing and I would return for that service. However, I will not recommend their manicure/pedicure. The cleaning part was fine, though there was a bit of pressure onto my nail. The nail polish application was horrible. The top coat was not applied fully to any of my nails. The polish was too thick so it didn’t dry nicely. I’m just grateful I didn’t do gel that’s even harder to remove at home. I am not reviewing the nicks on my nail, as regular nail polishes definitely do not last long I am definitely going to recommend going somewhere else for mani/pedi especially if you’re going to an event or vacation.
S	Santina Lippa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for laser off good WOM, knowing I was over paying, but okay with it, trusting them to do a good job. The technician did an AMAZING job, 5 stars for her. The reason for my poor review is to warn others.. this crazy price is only for a single treatment! Upon leaving, they informed me I would need anywhere from 3-6 treatments before you see any real results. BE AWARE the cost of laser is not as advertised on their website (i.e. $120 for bikini actually costs you at minimum $600 here as you get charged by the 10 minute visit). Please go elsewhere where you can buy a package where they ensure your hair is gone without charging you full price per visit. I found a competitor with the same machine for all 6 sessions down the road for $250. I wish I had called around more, you definitely should too if you are thinking about laser here. When I explained my concerns to the Manager, she laughed it off and reassured me she is the best price in Hamilton and to check google myself....unfortunate as this was supposed to be a nice experience to treat myself but this was my first and definitely last time visiting the Spa at Ancaster.
C	Claudia O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very friendly. The spa is very clean. It has alot of services. Pedis are really lovely here. Its feel is very antique but quite. They serve a hot cup of tea or any other beverage you request. Truly a spa you want to visit. Thank you Zinnia!

The pedicure was average but sub par for this price point - I got shellac and the edges are a bit messy so I hope it doesn’t lift. My technician was very kind. My husband said his massage was fine but not amazing. Overall the decor is VERY dated. The place is clean but it just feels “dirty” because it’s so old. They are sitting on a goldmine in my opinion as there are no other spas of this scale and historic quality in the area. After a renovation and they could charge way more just for the atmosphere. The staff were very friendly but for the price I just didn’t feel that “spa” experience I was looking for and would not return unfortunately.

The young lady that did my eyebrows and lashes was very professional and friendly. The woman that did my facial treatment was nice but never asked my name or gave me her name, she never explained any of the procedures as she was going. I feel the eyebrow and lashes procedure should have been done second as they were wiped off during the facial. The person scheduling should have put the treatment in the proper order, as I was told the brow tint should not be washed for 24 hours.
M	Michelle Gligor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my hair coloured and styled by Natasha and was extremely happy! Especially with the blow out and style. She did a fabulous job. I didn’t need a cut at the time just roots. But will definitely return to try having her cut my hair when due.
