★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good day.. the establishment is clean and so forth, I went in for some waxing services. After getting home I noticed my half leg wax wasn’t complete as I still felt numerous hairs left behind and no they weren’t baby hairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a couple massage as a xmas present for my husband. They simply cancelled the day before. Their ruined my surprise to him and our only time together for months. If I had cancelled last minute I would have had to pay a fee. Not professional at all.

Jolet is so friendly, professional and amazing at what she does, I always get so many compliments on my eye brows after she threads them! Zahra is the best hair dresser, she is so friendly, professional and she completely transformed my hair!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great experience all around. Very welcoming when I came in the door. A beautiful facility with amazing staff. All of the services I received were fantastic. I left feeling like a new man! The only reason it's not a full 5 stars for me is that this is one of the only spas that I've been that doesn't have a manicure/pedicure combo price. The prices on their own are a little on the high side but nothing outrageous. It's just that I would have thought there would be a combo for both together as most places I've been have. If I could have given 4.8 out of 5 instead of just a 4 I would have. I will definitely be back for a cut and possible some other services too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Welcoming and professional spa with exceptional cleanliness and client services. I have been in for multiple services for myself at the spa and always leave happy. My 9 year old daughter also enjoyed getting her princess pedicure with a beautiful design and a colourful highlight for her past birthday. I have attended other spas in the area, and this is my favourite spot. Highly recommend!
