★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a terrible place for seniors and everybody else !! Bed bugs and cockroaches too the pest control does not work at all and flood of sewage and mold now from that please don't live here!! Amen?

Cockroaches running everywhere in the building and hallways. Poor maintenance.
Elevators slow. This building needs inspection from Health Department !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heating system doesn't work frequent watet problems. Little to no security. fake homeless and vagrant problems. Poor maintenance work and litle to none of it. New owners T9he Westey group has much to blame for it.Low cleanliness. No Trilium government refund because they don't pay property taxes. A bug haven. Horrible drug and smoking problems Stairways used as a bathroom by street people.

Apartments being broken into daily rude staff the list goes on
Very saprised it has not been shut down by the health department

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a dangerous man living on the 6 floor. Hamilton police have been called many of times. Hamilton Housing has been called and nothing has been done. People living on the 6 floor are living in fare. That is not a way seniors should be living. Why isn't Hamilton housing not doing anything for the safety of the seniors living there. Why isn't security doing anything? s

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know why this place is rated so low. It maybe old and not in the best location, but the staff are amazing and do w.e they can to help. I would highly recommend first place long term and transitional care. Thanks for all you did for my gram during her stay!
