The staff is really nice and they did a good job. My computer was clean and back in my hands within a couple of hours in perfect condition.

I went in with a laptop that was given to me from my boss to help organize my buisness activities. The computer was from the ice age and I couldnt get online, after reading reviews I decided to bring it into this place . They promptly fixed the issue and only charged me pennies . After a short discussion it was mentioned they have a laptop of better quality for the same price I was purchasing the other computer for . Long story short I ended up buying they're computer also for a decent price . They are super friendly and to me looks like they all bounce of each others energy which creates a good environment.. 5+ service from me .. Ps . I found the piece to the charger that came with the old laptop on my floor that makes it universal charger .. I knew I wasn't crazy . Lol . I will use these guys for all my computer needs ..

I own an old, but quality printer (HP Color LaserJet 2600n) that needed a repair of the feeder tray. It's very difficult to find places that will fix such a problem but Parvenu Computer Services hit the spot. They answered the phone, advised me what to do, made the repair (even though a replacement part was not available) and returned it to me in less than 24 hours. All works perfectly. Eddie and Ed know their stuff - very professional in every way. I highly recommend. I'll keep their card for future reference.

Wonderful experience! My laptop crashed at the worst possible time and Parvenu staff were a joy to deal with - responsive, polite, and caring throughout. They worked painstakingly to recover my files, including photos of my childhood I thought I had lost for good. The price was extremely fair. I'm so grateful and highly recommend this business.

The following review it as no fault of the owner of the store, but a female employee. My husband brought both my and his laptops in for repair - mine required the touchscreen to be fixed, my husband's required a charger replacement. Originally both repairs we were quoted at $300-$400. My husband and I felt this was more cost effective than purchasing new laptops. However, the bill came close to $700 which we paid completely upon pickup even though were not happy with the price increase, as the repairs were already completed. A few days later we noticed that the charger was only allowing my husband's laptop to carry approx.15 minutes worth of charge before dying completely. My husband called the store back and was told that they would order a replacement battery for his laptop, and to bring the laptop back into the store. However, due to COVID, we were told they didn't know when the battery would come in. My husband and I did not feel comfortable leaving the laptop at the store for an undisclosed/uncertain amount of time. The female store representative then told my husband to bring just the laptop battery in to the store, and to use the laptop by plugging it in to hold a charge while at home. My husband asked if it would be possible to call him once the battery came into the store, to which the store representative agreed. 2 months later, my husband encountered a new issue with his laptop (hard drive failure) and realized he never received a phone call about the battery mentioned formerly. He called the store back to inquire about the new issue with his hard drive and mentioned the battery that he is still waiting on. Upon mentioning the battery, the female store representative became verbally aggressive and immediately started accusing my husband of "making us look back to the supplier" for never picking up the battery. My husband was confused as he never received any phone calls from the store. He explained that he did not see the store's phone number or any other unrecognizable numbers in the last 2 months of his call history, nor did he receive any voicemail messages from the store regarding the battery. The store representative continued to be rude and argue with my husband, stating that she made the phone calls and all calls went unanswered. My husband again asked why no voicemails were left as ample space in his voicemail box was available. She did not answer and continued to blame my husband, the customer. At this point my husband informed the store representative that he initially called the store to request another service (the hard drive), but will now look elsewhere due to her poor customer service. My husband then firmly ended the phone call. This is upsetting to us, as the owner of the store is a very nice man and we enjoy supporting local businesses. However, the rudeness and poor customer service of the female store representative makes us not want to give this store any further business. Had she handled the situation with respect and in a professional manner, perhaps the store would not have lost our family as customers. It's very disheartening that one bad employee and one bad interaction is going to ruin our business relationship with the owner.

I had an issue with an accessory, and just walked in to what I thought was a computer store. Even though the staff don’t sell the particular accessory, they took the time to test and help my diagnose my problem. Thanks for doing a good deed for me today. I’ll aim to pay it forward.

Last week, I had a serious issue with one of my laptops involving a legal situation, and was unable to access very important documents that impacted my business and my family. Ed worked through the night to ensure that everything would be accessible and okay before a major deadline, and he did a phenomenal job. His expertise and decades of experience shone through, and he was able to recover everything needed, while making my wife and I feel like our situation actually mattered. Annie was amazing as well, and understood both how important the issue was, and that due to the circumstances, a bit of ingenuity would be required. She came through for us, and we are very grateful. They did an incredible job with the computer, and went above and beyond, while demonstrating genuine concern and accommodation for our situation. They helped my business, my family, and many others by proxy. Not only are they experts in their field - they are wonderful people in general. I cannot recommend Parvenu Computers enough, and would give a 10 Star rating if I could.
