β β β β β Amazing pricing, very kind owner I came here to get my computer checked out and my battery replaced and when he found out the problem was only a few loose screws that the previous person I took it to he didn't charge me the full price for the repair. Very professional and everything is done on time and sometimes even sooner than when they said it would be done. Have been here around 2-3 times and will continue to come here whenever I have any issues with my PC. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and reliable place to take your PC problems.

β β β β β Took water damaged MacBook, not turning on at all, to Jump+, guy said Iβm better off buying a new one, charging $60 for diagnostics. Went here instead, she opened the labtop in front of me first, charged $20 for further diagnostics, had it ready to pick up in four days for only $300. It completely works, running as usual! Really impressed by their transparency, communication, speed, and, good prices.

β β β β β Fast service. Did not know that when they repaired my broken macbook screen that they were replacing with a used screen, charged me for original market price of a new screen. Screen works, but the bottom of the screen is glitchy (as shown in pictures) (shows black too far up so I can't see which apps I have open and shows the bottom part of the bar before I've signed in.) Unfortunately will probably have to take it somewhere else when I have the money to get a new screen or purchase a new macbook.

β β β β β absolutely terrible! I wish I had zero star option to give.
First of all, there was a guy who could not communicate at all, so I had to explain 10 times that my laptop does not turn on. He took it for a test and after charging me for 60$, My laptop could not be fixed, so I bought a new one. Today, after one year, I took that old laptop to someone else to repair, and he said how come your ASUS VIVOBOOK has only 2G of RAMs instead of 16 G?
Yes, they replaced the 16 G RAM of mine with a 2G and I did not notice since the laptop had problem and wasnβt turning on.
I noticed that after almost a year, and canβt do anything, but I am hopeful someone reads my comment and be aware of these things.

β β β β β Brought in a 2011 MacBook Air, as I was unable to turn it on, along with 3 beeping sounds. It was diagnosed and confirmed. It was indeed a hardware issue.
Owner was very upfront and honest and told me how much it will cost and asked me to think about it and how I would like to proceed.
Given the circumstance, I ended up getting another apple product (MacBook Pro, 2015) that he was selling.
He made the effort in transferring ALL my data from my old SSD to my new MBP successfully and with ease.
Overall, great customer service, takes the time to explain to customers, honest, trustworthy and confident!

Very friendly service and patient explanation. And as well as my MacBook Pro, water went in as well and he even let me see the erosion and the broke part under his microscopeοΌ

β β β β β Great and honest repair shop. The couple that I've seen here are very friendly, and and the repair is done fairly quick. Both me and those who I've recommended here have said had nothing but a positive experience. At this point I wouldn't go anywhere else for a repair.
