B	Brandon Johnston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here that I've encountered are all friendly and knowledgeable, but that's not the issue. Given the location, obviously this location is going to be very busy. But the pharmacy is almost always understaffed, and this is clearly a failure on the part of management. Prescriptions are often ready up to 3 days after you're told they will be, and if you call, the phone will often go unanswered. Honestly, just get some more techs and assistants in the pharmacy and it'd be a huge improvement.
M	Martha Sterne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nov 16, 2021: This review is based on telephone wait times and their lack of policy to serve customers in order of their arrival, or rather their apparent haphazard approach to dealing with the phone-in customers when they remember they have them on hold. Waited 15 minutes to speak to a pharmacist and say I want to book my covid test. After verifying "yes" I have pre-ordered it and "no" I don't have symptoms, they put me on hold. Expected them to get their reservation book or system up and be back in a couple minutes. No, they just put me on hold. Perhaps I'm waiting for the person booking appointments to arrive for their shift in 5 hours or maybe they felt they needed to do an inventory check or have lunch or plain old forgot. Certainly grateful I no longer have to pay for long distant calls. 50 minutes in and still waiting for the clue parade to arrive..... Will happily change this review if I end up having a good experience.
a	ains B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pharmacy I've ever delt with. I had never had any issues with prescriptions previously until I started coming to them. Somehow they manage to mess up my prescriptions almost every time. They are very disorganized, I'm always waiting at least an hour for my prescription even if I call it in ahead of time. Don't use their pharmacy. Also everything in the store is overpriced. The people are nice but the pharmacy is a mess.

They truly go above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable with the medication you’re taking and understand your doses. They have been particularly helpful (more so than my family doctor) during my pregnancy in terms of telling me which medications are safe and which ones aren’t. They are extremely knowledgeable and truly care about your health and well-being. Their communication is top notch along with the professionalism. I live in the east end of Hamilton and it’s worth coming to the opposite end of the city to get my prescriptions filled through them. All the pharmacists are great but I have to extend a huge thank you to the younger gentleman with glasses who works evenings. Thank you so much for everything you do.
L	Lisa Shen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Shoppers itself is fine, but do not go to this pharmacy. The wait time is always 15-20 minutes, even to simply drop off or pick up a prescription. I've also been told my prescription will be ready the next day, and arrived only to be told it wasn't. I'm not sure if this is due to them being severely short-staffed or something, but do not come here!
H	Hum Tum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 20/03/2020. At 08:29 am. The female cashier scans the Mediterranean tuna salad sandwich and regular price came up. I informed the cashier that its mark price $1.99. While MOD / supervisor was standing next to the cashier. The female cashier didn't believed me and she confirmed with supervisor and supervisor female "yeah, we don't want to waste food". The female supervisor approved it. Then I noticed the cashier female walked towards the shelf and checked twice verifying barcode. Came back honoured me markdown price. When I asked for to use the washroom, the cashier advice that, only for employees, not for the customer. I was very shocked, how poor customer service kind a customer was giving. And cos she didn't bother to asked for asking the optimum card. Very disappointed once again.

The pharmacy staff are not helpful in anyway and seem to have no interest in helping you with your prescriptions. I called first thing in the morning to have a prescription faxed to a different location and it took six hours for them to complete this process, which usually is instantaneous. If you have the ability, please use any pharmacy other than this one in Hamilton.
J	Jeremy Widerman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is an absolute nightmare. I’ve never been to a more dysfunctional pharmacy. The parking lot is always full with students who arent even using the store. I’ve called head office twice. No organization. No response. Go literally anywhere else.
