Dr. RAHUL CHANCHLANI is the best doctor that my kids has seen, so amazing and so professional. If you’re looking for a Nephrology doctor for your kids I can highly recommend him and you will never regret of seeing him. His staff was so nice and so amazing too(sorry but i forgot her name)but overall visit was excellent. I wish all the doctors and their staff would treat thier patient like the way this clinic does. I pray to God that He will always guide and protect this people all the time. Thank you so much for the excellent service, we appreciate it.?

This hospital and people are excellent! My review is particularly for Dr Almeida in Pediatric Cardiology and her team. Doctor is very nice, caring and very professional. We had our first appointment here for our little one and it was very satisfying how this hospital staff takes care of their patients. Thank you Dr Almeida.

The nurses and doctors were amazing. The nurses really made our stay the best it could be. We were devastated when we arrived. The help and support we've received is amazing. To all the nurses out there that work to help others in need. I can never express enough gratitude. Thank you .

awful experience. got ultrasounds at an outside clinic and it showed fluids around my appendix and it was very painful, so i was went to the er. waited for 3 hours for them to do more ultrasounds and bloodwork. they said they couldn’t see my appendix which is “a good sign” but it was seen in other ultrasounds earlier in the day. i even brought a disk with the images of the other ultrasound which they refused to look at because “outside clinics are untrustworthy” literally the words that came out of a senior residents mouth. they then sent me home and told me to go back if it gets worse. very unprofessional and they seemed to not care at all. i also asked for medication to help with my nausea and never got it. not impressed.

Most amazing staff in the NICU, they helped me though the horrible situation when my newborn baby, explained everything going on and helped him get better and only 2 weeks later he’s home with me. I can’t thank them enough, the doctors and nurses in this NICU are amazing people they provide support, knowledge and answers. I’m so great full for this staff and hospital.

I went to McMasters children's hospital yesterday with my 8-year-old son. He had a fracture in his finger and we went to the emergency as recommended by our doctor. The emergency gave us a wait time of 6 hours. I mean if six hours is the wait for the emergency is this a kind of joke? I don't know what health care in Canada is all about if the emergency takes 6 hours. The management here gives quick replies on the Google reviews but if equal effort can be done to make the services better that will be very good. Something needs to be done or something needs to be changed, they cannot let this happen and continue like this forever. Delayed healthcare is definitely a disservice to society and it's citizens.

Went here due to our child's broken elbow. Never knew it's a dedicated hospital for kids! I thought Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto was the only one. We stayed at the yellow section and OR's in blue section. All of the nurses and doctors were so caring, friendly and made my child felt comfortable for the surgery. Even after the operation one of the nurses stayed for the duration(about 1 hr) and assured us as she clearly explained the recovery procedures. Clean and bright areas all around. I noticed they do have maintenance crew working all day. Hand sanitizers everywhere and 2M space were clearly defined and set to minimize Covid transmissions. Amazed with the cafe' food too LoL. Never in my life I actually enjoyed hospital food! Well, at least as guests, not patients. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Parking's on average $10/hr. Didn't stay overnight with it, as my wife and I kept taking turn of staying and leaving. I didn't check if they have overnight fees; assuming it'd be cheaper. Washrooms were cleaned, at least the ones we went by yellow and blue sections, as well as the Kids Wards area. I noticed few taps were leaking on its spouts. Kids Wards yellow area (where they moved us from emergency room and waiting for the OR) have 5 private rooms and rest are semi-privates (2 patients per room). I say it's about 30-40ft x 20ft per shared room with one shared washroom. Prior to Covid, they had 8 ORs (Operating Room) and now cut it half to 4max. After hours (5PM onwards) they can only open 1 OR . They had to keep bumping us down in terms of priorities to accommodate life threatening cases and limited ORs and staff. One thing to be improved on is not the staff, but wish the government provide better support for the facilities and equipment. All patients had to pay for it by having the patience of the long backlog; expect about 4-5hours on average of waiting time prior to leaving. It's not because of Covid either, but simply needing to improve the infrastructure and right amount of resources to accommodate incoming patients. Hope that helps you in someway. Get well soon!! PS. Great Hospital with Great staff and Doctors. I give it a four star rating only because of the ridiculously HIGH PARKING RATES!!! Totally unacceptable rates for any Hospital! When visiting the Emergency Dept, the last thing that anyone should be worried about is the high costs of parking just to take your child to the emerg dept. This is even more difficult when a parent is on a fixed income or simply cannot afford your high parking rates. Your parking rates can be compared to an amusement parking rates!
