★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is lazy and rude. The receptionist actually told us that people don't want to go to their family doctors which is why the wait time is so long....it's 3 AM WHAT FAMILY DOCTOR IS OPEN AT THIS TIME????? if mine was I WOULDN'T BE HERE.
IT TOOK 8 HOURS TO SEE A DOC FOR 5 MINUTES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! The reviews already reflect this hospitals bad service. I wouldnt even give them 1 star. Unreal wait times. Im a healthcare worker, who works in Toronto, I know theres a shortage in staff but I know for a fact it would never take over 8 hours to get treated in toronto, especially a child! To sum it up, my daughter needed stitches on her head, it wasnt a little bruse or scrape. It took us over 8hrs to be treated and no one even bothered to remove the bandage on her head to take a look at the wound. 8 hours of back and forth asking if we will be treated soon, and 8 hours of excuses, sitting there as others who came after us went in and out! 8 hours my child couldnt eat or drink fluids except water! The doctor didnt even give us instructions on how to takecare of the stitched area or follow up instructions. Never again will we go here!! I rather drive down to toronto and take my chances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service, came for a follow up blood work which takes 2 hours to get the results. They made me wait 3 hours to get the blood work done for my 9 month old and then another 2 hours to get the blood work done. In spite of requesting, CAF attitude !!! Poor management, clearly needs change of practices and staff and better time management classes… Side note: Some of the staff are really good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were rude. Doctors didn’t listen to me and assumed things. Brought baby in for throwing up blood and crying non stop and they couldn’t figure it out so just said it was child abuse without even trying to find out why my child threw up blood. They treated me like a criminal and when I explained to them what happened they completely ignored me. It’s a nice hospital but doctors aren’t that great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No idea why half of the staff work here when it is evident that they do not care about children. We rushed our 8 month old to the emergency room when she had a consistent fever of over 102. We have been waiting to just speak to someone for over 5 hours (and counting) …it is one thing to keep a child with a high temperature but an infant is even worse.
Due to COVID they are also only allowing one parent in at a time. Not the most ideal situation especially when you’re with a sick child.
