β β β β β The nursing staff and doctors from 7S were over the top fantastic! I was in there 10 days for a serious problem and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and I had everything I needed. The explained the procedures and made sure I understood. I can't say thank you enough for your professionalism, and compassion and I think you for my quick recovery! They are certainly underpaid for what they do. from Sharon Mattiuz

β β β β β I had an amazing experience giving birth to my first child here. I had a very difficult labor, and staff (the nurses, especially) did everything in their power to make me as comfortable as they could.
When things didn't work out however, a C section was given to me as an option. There were two doctors there, but unfortunately one was caught up in an emergency case and would not have been able to assist for a few hours. The other doctor ended up calling a specialist who had just left the hospital, yet he immediately returned when he heard about my situation. I am eternally grateful for that doctor.
There was also one nurse there (I believe her name was Krystina) who was an absolute angel. She held me up the entire time I was experiencing difficult contractions, reminded me to breathe, kept telling me I was doing a great job. Beautiful woman

β β β β β My father passed away recently at Joseph Brant Hospital after a 3 week battle with COVID. Joseph Brant Hospital, tended to my father with the utmost care and provided him with the best hospital services has to offer in dealing with COVID. Besides the state of the art facilities, his team of doctors and nurses ensured until the last moment that he was comfortable and allowed him to pass with dignity and respect. Out of respect for all employees of the hospital, medical and administrative staff, please stop these ridiculous bad reviews. It's the people that make up the high quality of care and standards this hospital has to offer, and they are to be appreciated especially during these difficult times. Show gratitude to these superheros.

β β β β β This hospital and staff never fail to disappoint me. For many years of going to this hospital Iβve walked out with no help or results Every. Single. Time. Last night I was there. Showed up to the emergency room seizing up, couldnβt breathe or talk and they did absolutely nothing. I sat in the waiting room felt like I was dying for over an hour and still havenβt even received the hospital bracelet yet. Instead they were playing on their phones. I watched a guy walk out with his head split bleeding. Itβs really disappointing to see the people we depend on when weβre in emergencies do nothing for us. If it was someone they knew or cared about they would be taking action immediately. I highly recommend if your in an emergency go to a different hospital, even if itβs a further drive because theyβll do nothing for you anyways at least at another hospital youβll have a chance. Iβm glad to know that I pay taxes to get shut down and pushed away. Joseph Brant do better.

β β β β β After totally smashing my ankle last summer in a motorcycle accident, I was terrified I'd never walk right again.
Everyone I came in contact with, from the paramedics that brought me in to Joseph Brant, the X-ray Technicians with gentle hands and the ER staff, who quickly straightened and temporarily casted my leg so I could return home to my own comfortable bed that evening, were incredibly kind and caring.
I returned the next morning and Dr Smith was able to take me on at the end of his scheduled day surgeries. While I waited, the porters with their sense of humour and the exceptional nursing staff were attentive and kept me comfortable. I could hear soft conversation and ocasional laughter and never once felt like I wouldn't be able to get help if I needed it. I felt these were people cultivating a cheery work culture and doing an awesome job in spite of covid challenges, staff shortages, etc.
Dr Smith and his surgical team put me back together with a plate and 11 screws. Wow! It was somewhere around 10 PM. A long day for everyone! I'm happy to say I'm now walking normally and pain free. Thank you so very, very much to ALL the incredibly kind and dedicated people at Joseph Brant!!!

β β β β β Great experience I havenβt been there myself but my brother was born there and my sister had a allergic reaction to walnuts so she also had to go for treatment. My sister had a great view of the water and the nurses who treated her were amazing to her. As well as the nurses who treated my mom and brother. I waited in the waiting room to see my brother and I had a great experience they had a play room for my cousin and a tv for the adults to watch. Overall I love this hospitality in this hospital great experience.

β β β β β Our dear friend was brought to this hospital in a bus accident last month. He was taken into surgery here with a very quick intervention. He received very good care in the hospital for 3 weeks. Doctors and nurses took care of him very closely and applied various treatments for his iolesmwai as soon as possible. During his treatment, we visited the hospital twice after the operation. It is a really clean hospital and great attention is paid to the pandemic rules. Everywhere is clean. It is very valuable for us to have such a hospital and experienced doctors, helpful nurses and nurses in our city. I would like to thank all the staff. Our friend is 83 years old and is in much better condition now.

β β β β β After a surprise ruptured appendix I spent 5 days and a couple check ups after here. Months later I went in to have my appendix removed and yet again, I was greeted and taken care of by the most caring, understanding, and exceptional doctors and nurses. They held my hand, laughed with and comforted me. And I guess the view wasnβt bad either.
