The office is welcoming with green space. The staff there are very friendly and professional. The first appt I had I met with the technologist Donna. she was very passionate with her work and took the time and patience to provide me education on bone density. When I went the second time today, Victoria was my technologist she has excellent customer service. she explained what were the steps that I would expect, checked with me if it's fine with the posture etc very now and then before the text. I felt respected as a patient. Thank you!

Lightning-fast service: my name was called while I was still filling out the form! Both the receptionist and the technician were friendly and professional. To be fair, I was there for a very quick test. You might have to wait longer, depending on which service you're waiting for. They provide a range of services, which likely explains other reviewers' experiences of seeing other patients apparently being served more quickly. Make sure that you take note of their current address. My requisition showed their old address a few doors down. No biggie ;-).

Being someone who is on a path to healing I don’t recommend coming here unless you are comfortable dealing with abrasive front desks people that treat you like a burden. They should instead treat you as you are, a human being. A human being who is trying to find a solution for a medical issue that they are enduring. I was running late because of parking issues. I called from the parking lot to inform them. When I got to the desk I mentioned that I called and she asked me if the technician knew, as if that would be knowledge I could acquire prior to entering the building. The lack of communication between peers is not the customers responsibility. I over heard her talking about me saying “apparently she called” moments later I heard someone else ask if I had arrived yet as I had called to let them know. The two appointments after me also came late as the area around the building is under construction. All in all I was ten minutes late entering their offices. By the time they called me over it was 15. By the time she called my doctors office to check on the requisition she told them I was 20 minutes late. Not that we were behind. Her exact words were “she’s already 20 minutes late”. Being a person who isn’t often late I found this offensive that she was squandering my reputation with my other heath care practitioner. I have respect for others time but at the end of the day lateness happens to all and I hope no one treats her as she treated me when it happens to her. My sympathies go to the technicians who seemed nice enough but whom I could barely interact with as I was trying not to cry after my front desk interaction. I don’t usually post reviews but as this can be a sensitive time for people I wanted to share my experience as I did not feel safe. Instead of receiving help I received hurt. Most of which comes from a place of disappointment in our fellow human beings lack of compassion and understanding. I have a second ultra sound to do which I was planning on making an appointment while I’m there but I’ll drive to Hamilton instead.

I’m expecting my first baby. This was my second dating Ultrasound. I had my first one done in Cambridge as per my OB as I was being treated for fertility issues. I was at a very high chance for having twins, and he wanted to know sooner rather than later. At 6w 4d I had my first ultrasound which confirmed a twin pregnancy. Fast forward to 10w 3d having my second ultrasound here. The tech was very abrasive. When she gave me details of “the baby” I said that’s great! What about the other one? She said “what other one?” I had explained the whole story and was told that my first sonogram is “just a picture” and it’s “hard to tell”. She then flipped the screen and started exploring my abdomen trying to find the second baby, saying “well it’s gone” and that it “must have just resorbed” as if that type of insensitive mannerism is acceptable when telling a first time mother...or any mother, she’s lost one of her babies.

I've been going to this location since moving to Burlington over 20 years ago. Great place with everything (xray, ultrasound, mammogram) and I've even had a vein ultrasound no where else had it. Staff are helpful but always busy. You even get a reminder call.

I got an appointment really quickly, then dealt with the nicest staff. I forgot to bring my paperwork with me and the ladies there helped me out and called my OBs office to get the paperwork sent to them. I really appreciated the extra effort they put in especially considering the error was on my part and my OBs office was less then helpful in the situation. Thank you!

been a week and a half, still waiting for my ultrasound on my shoulder in a lot of pain. this isn’t the first time they lost my results either. they lost 2 previous x-rays i had causing me to wait over a month until it was redundant to even have them.

Unacceptable wait times for appointment, unacceptalbe wait times for phone to be answered. Go anywhere else. This happens when big companies buy out the smaller efficient ones. Minus 5 stars.
