★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scheduled for an echocardiogram on on November 22. They called and cancelled that appointment and rescheduled it for December 7 at 2 p.m. They called on December 7 to cancel that appointment because their systems were all down. They said they would call to reschedule. I've cleared my calendars on two days now to no avail. They couldn't assure me that I would be high priority for the cardiogram once systems are up again. My cardiologist's appointment is on December 16 and he will need the results to be able to fully diagnose my cardiac issue and prescribe next steps. Seems that they have some major problems to address at KMH Burlington. I'm raging!
