Burlington Endoscopy and Specialist Centre

This facility is lovely and the people are so nice - right from the front desk, nursing staff, anaesthetist and physician. Was also really impressed to have an all female team! Highly recommend the Burlington Endoscopy and Specialist Centre.

Dr.rameeta lad and her colleagues were being unprofessional while I under went a procedure, gossiping with each other about not only myself but about how they viewed other patients questions as unintelligent or that they had been brainwashed. This was while i was under sedation during the procedure. They like talk about people's confidentiality. What ever you do dont trust dr.lad she will end you becareful! I have evidence they are reviewing it!!

I was recommended to use the service of Burlington Endoscopy and Specialist Centre from my Doctor. From when I arrived to the time I walked out, the friendly service and overall care was amazing! They made me feel like I was in great hands. I highly recommend Burlington Endoscopy and Specialist Centre.

The people are professionals but still kind and considerate. They take care of the patients needs both physical and mental. I was impressed with the professional treatment my family has received with this well equipped, modern, and state of the art facility. It is like a little hospital on the second floor.

Dr. Kim was fantastic and very professional as well as the RN's and receptionist. Wait times were a little long, all in all it took about 3 hours total, but I know they were behind that day. Overall a very comfortable and pleasant experience.

Great detailed instructions. Nowhere does it say you have to pay for parking. Paying for Parking in Burlington during Covid is STUPID...

My husband had an Endoscopy here and was impressed with their professionalism and warm attention he had from the stuff (Karen, Kayleen, Anesthesiologist (sorry, he forgot his name) and of course Dr. Marshall who made a procedure). Thank you for your great job!

I needed to undergo a procedure and a referral was made to this clinic. I was called within a few days to make the appointment and go over the details and preparation. I had several questions and even called back to ask a few more. The receptlonists' were very polite, patient and professional in answering all my questions and relieving some of my trepidation about the procedure, as I had heard stories from others about the preparation and the procedure itself. I followed all the preparation instructions and it was not nearly as bad as I thought. When I arrived on appointment day, I got to meet in person the people I spoke to over the phone. They were just as courteous and made me feel at ease. Once it was time for me to enter the facility, the nurse also was very professional and nice, explaining what was going to happen and the preparation which made me feel very comfortable. And the procedure itself was quick, virtually painless and I don't remember it at all as I was well sedated. The doctor herself spoke to me before and after the procedure, taking her time to explain that all went well. She was excellent in her communication and conducting the procedure. Overall it was a much better and virtually pain-free experience then I was expecting, thanks to the professionalism of the entire staff at this clinic. I would highly recommend this clinic and would most certainly return if I ever required their particular health care services again. On a side note, I overheard another patient say how grateful she was that the entire staff here are female, including the receptionists, nurses, doctor, and anesthesiologist. It made this patient feel much more comfortable. As a male, I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff, regardless of gender, and really did not give this much consideration. However, I wanted to share this bit of information if it has any relevance to others for their consideration.
