J	Jill Puffer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, I go to get my regular bloodwork done for my liver enzymes, and I rode my bike. As I ride up to the bike rack, I see that someone has their "E-bike" parked pretty close to the bike rack. My rear tire and his front tire look to be touching but they are actually overlapping some. I did not park in the right hand side of the bike rack because that would block another rider from getting access to the left side. This is a really poor place for someone to park their E-Bike. I learned that this E-Bike belongs to a doctor who works in the building. Shame on you for not having more consideration to those who cycle there. Shame on the building for not requesting the Doctor to park his E-Bike some place other than right at the bicycle rack. To the building owners, that bike rack is situated in the wrong spot, it needs to away from the building so (4) bicycles can lock their bikes up there. The current location only allows (2) bikes to be locked up there.
M	Marion Blagdon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see my dentist in this building on an annual basis. Recently they have added paid parking. I'm not sure why. Silly! Money, of course. No one really likes to pay for something that they were getting for free before. Professional office building is just fine. Has a little of everything including a laboratory and a cafe for light lunch and snacks in the lobby. The place is relatively clean and that includes the bathrooms. They often have artwork displayed in the first floor lobby that you can bid on for purchase.
L	LS Moore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Largely deserted apart from the Lifelabs and the on-site pharmacy. Clean and well maintained. The Lab has a security guard stationed in the hallway outside, regulating how many people are allowed in. He's pleasant and helpful with the patrons, none of whom are there because they're feeling great.
E	Erik Zutis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous that they make you pay for parking. So adjoining businesses with parking get people parking on their lots to avoid the charge. Also people stopping on Harvester to let people out. Why not just increase annual Tennant cost if building is not profitable. Money grab!!!
