C	Chris Willson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When durcan was here it was a great office, now that It has been taken over it is almost impossible to get it and see a doctor without waiting for 3 weeks and I can never get ahold of anyone there. I recently called for an appointment for a hormone imbalance but I was told this was not a serious concern so I was put on the least priority but isn't this where people wind up hurting themselves or worse? But I suppose a sore throat or sore butt is more concerning. Looking for a new doctor
E	Elana Bebjak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family sees all the doctors here- Dr. Jessica Johnson, Dr. Amber Jackman, and Dr. Jackie Ang, and they're all amazing! The doctors filling in for mat leaves etc were also fantastic and the nurses and other staff are great too. I have three little ones and I've aways been able to get a same day appointment when I call first thing in the appointment. I definitely recommend Birchtree Family Medicine!

Receptionists are rude, and they book appointments that last 15 minutes over 4 hour blocks, so you have to take a day off work to even attend. Pretty standard when they have no reason to provide good service, they realize you don't pay so they hope you won't care.
E	Emmett Lathrop Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are fantastic. I was with Durcan then Mand who took over and now Johnson...Ang...Jackman. all great. When they first opened it did take 3 weeks to get an appointment. I asked Johnson why and she said theyre working on it. Result is quicker appointments. Could still be better in my opinion but urgent matters will be seen same day. And I get a person when I call. No different from when it was Duncan's office. Sometimes you get a machine...That's life.
J	Jaclyn Rizzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is now Birch Tree Family Medicine as Dr. Durcan has retired. The receptionist here leaves the phone on DND all day. It's next to impossible to get through to make an apt. I've tried to make an apt on 2 occasions and both times I've had to try calling multiple days in a row to finally get someone on the phone. Also their message machine says "Messages will not be returned". So that goes to show you how important their patients are. The doctors however are wonderful. It's just sad the reception staff are so terrible.

Having a lot of complex health issues, they knew I could go from 0-60 in no time and always took me in right away. Amazing how his small team could run things so smoothly for so many years and always be so warm and friendly. Dr.Duncan made you feel safe and cared for and so did his team. Very hard to find now sadly. He is greatly missed. Truly one in a million!
H	Humanity Integrity on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible clinic! Rude staff and inhuman Doctor! I am not sure even I can call Angela Jones a Doctor! She does not seem very knowledgeable and up-to-date! They also lucked me and the baby over 40 minutes in the room and the bay was restless and crying. Angela Jones was talking on the phone and chit chatting with staff. I complained a few times but they were very rude and careless! I find their attitude inhuman and lack of understanding of basic humanity. Angela Jones injected some vaccines to our baby and she was very rude and violent. Baby's leg and arm were bleeding and she did not care! I complained and I will never go back to these inhuman brainless so called doctors and healthcare staff! They deserve nothing but to be banned! Simply all staff and the doctor are inhuman! I am going to report them to any authority I can find. I hope they are better than these inhuman individuals and can take action!
