Even though the wait times on the calls are still horrendously long (average time of 15-20 minutes), they still provide exceptional service. The receptionists are very kind and friendly (as long as you're not rude to them!) and the doctors are amazing. Dr. Proctor is one the chillest and professional doctors I've encountered and he's always ready to help me, even with the most private issues. Original Review: I see Dr. Borden here and she really is one of the best doctors around. I only have nice things to say about her. However, her support staff leave a lot to be desired. Her receptionist is rude and terse; she didn't take the time to listen to me as I inquired why nobody took the time to call me back about a message that I had left a month ago. Additionally, her referral specialist, Vera, is pretty condescending for someone who doesn't do her job properly. After I had left a message in December about a follow-up appointment, she never called back. I called back in January to follow-up and rudely stated that she doesn't deal with referral scheduling and reconnected me to the receptionist. Please take a course in basic communication and customer service skills. You desperately need it.

Dr. Bartens is very compassionate and professional, she is always there ready to help. She understands our concerns and fears and gives us very prompt, detailed advice. She is the best. We also would like to thank the receptionist Megna for her patience, compassion and kindness. She is so nice and willing to try her best to help ease our concerns. We appreciate for all the help we"ve received here.
M	Marta McAuley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient of Dr. Field for 10 years. Loved the doctor and staff. Now everytime I call to make an appointment my blood boils. Everytime I wait 30 minutes to get a rude receptionist but I have been told but the machine I am "caller number 1", and that my call is important. The clinic think we have nothing better to do. Then to add insult to injury I wait in the examineing room for one hour to see the doctor and had to pay for parking because they are not competent. I am so Disappointed in this clinic. No one there cares. I hope i can find a new doctor and office staff soon. I really can not stand being treated like a second class citcite
w	whitney casey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No consistency with doctors. We switched from Proctor who was lovely and haven’t had the same family doctor since. An absolute joke. Every time we go in we have to give our whole medical history because it’s either a resident or a new doctor.
Z	Zoë Frances on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s impossible to get through on the phone. It seems here have been enough complaints about wait times that you w cannot even choose to wait it out. I’ve called hundreds of times and all I get is an automated message saying “The customer you are calling is unavailable at the moment. Please try again later” can’t leave a message and there is no email address or online booking portal! Should I send a carrier pigeon?! I’m in pain daily and cannot get through on the phone. This is ridiculous. When I have managed to see the doctor (only once for the intake appt) she was great. I’d love to be able to give a five star review, but I just can’t.

(Edit: over half a hour so far) At least the Doctors here are Phenomenal, Dr. Bartens and Sorenson are amazing so aside from the phone issues, it's an amazing office.

I’ve been trying to book an appointment for my 2 months old monthly check up but the phones are almost always closed, I get kicked off and the online appointment application will not open.
T	Taylor Chapman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changing my review.. I’ve actually had extremely pleasant experiences with this clinic since my children were born. I’m very impressed with the offices attention to detail and how great they’ve been with answering my phone calls and I’ve truly found their level of care has drastically improved. I always leave the office feeling like they’ve provided us with the best experience. Dr. Haran has always been great! I urge you to give the clinic another shot, I hope you experience and see the changes I have. I would recommend this office to family or friends. I’m quite impressed.. Thank you to the staff who have gone out of their way to accommodate myself and my children’s needs.
