Next time if I meet the same nurce I've met today, will give my feedback to her personally and to the doctor she works with. Very unprofessional, not knowledgeable and very rude behavior showed to my 3 years old daughter. Shame for such an employee...
M	Marc Goodfellow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is this even a real hospital, or just a bunch of cosplayers? I went into emergency on Wednesday with an injured ankle. There was one triage nurse who was also handling admitting and two nurses handling covid questions. I don't think the questionnaire is a two person job. X-rays was fine, but the ER doctor told me it's just very badly sprained only to call two days later to say he messed up and there's a hairline fracture. Could be I have a malpractice case.

u	ummal zaidi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor attitude of nurses and doctors.. specially the doctor who was pregnant...she was laughing and chatting while my infant baby cried with stomach pain severe direa and vomitting ...when i asked her pls see my baby she said u hv to wait... we waited for 3+ hours and then i decided to leave .. and came to our family dr and requested her to see my baby ... i wish God gives that dr/nurse a sick child so she knows how painful it is... really disappointed by milton emergncy dept... :(

They are extremely rude, easily get offended from out of no where, lack of communication skills, and unprofessional by asking questions that can lead the patients to wrong results. And surprisingly, I get the same attitude and service every single time I visit here. The Oakville ER is 5-minute further from my place, but I think I should try there from next time.
S	SilentAmber _YT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to emergency and we wait forever nurse on triage area , because two nurse try to catch an ant on a floor during 10 min instead serve patients. Then we went to another area and wait more than hour and a half, because staff going to tim hortons to buy coffee and food. One doctor for this time see just 2 patients. Its looks like they still thinking they work in old Emergency 10 years ago. But finally new young Doctor coming in her sheef and she was so fast and took 4-5 patient in one time in different room and we were out of the ER in 10 min. Thank to her.
A	Anju Gowda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to at least 5 different hospitals for my children emergency and so far, this one tops. I read the reviews and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go here. It was cold and didn’t want to drive to Hamilton for my kids wound! So I decided to just give a try. I got to be honest, I was skeptical go here because it was for my 4 year old and I wasn’t sure if they have any good PEDs or doctors to treat her minor cut. Parking was empty, yet I parked the car and went inside. Covid screening was done quickly, there was only one nurse so had to wait 5 mins to check in. Then nurses triage happened, then one more triage and screening happened, sent us to quick fix emergency department. Nurse took a look at my daughter, put freezing gel and then doctor came, treated well! They offered to have a word with orthopedic surgeon because a cut was deep and they asked me to get an ultrasound and go to fracture clinic with the results in a week or so. I loved the staff, they were friendly, courteous and professional as well. I was done and I was home in 2 hours. I couldn’t believe it! Urgent care is all about the quick attention and this hospital provided that for me. I love it and will go again!
