They take the time to inform you about all your prescriptions. They are knowledgable, professional and they go above and beyond to be helpful. What a caring, kind and informed staff! Thank you!

My husband's family has been with them since they opened, when they were in they're previous location and their current, and I have used them since moving to Hamilton. The staff is caring, supportive and understanding. They are ALWAYS willing to help, explain medications, and offer suggestions for treatment, when something "over the counter" will do, or when a doctor's visit should be scheduled. I wish all pharmacies and pharmacists were like them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people here are so friendly and greet me by name when I go in. It is so refreshing. They are willing to go out of there way to help in anyway they can. The store itself is very clean. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone I know. The dispensing fees are less than the unfriendly big box pharmacies. Right across from the hospital with free parking while in pharmacy.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and approachable. They are absolutely the best in the business. We have been so fortunate to have found a pharmacy that we can trust and recommend without qualification

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Efficient and friendly staff. I was so happy to find this pharmacy and be able to stop going to Shoppers Drug Mart store where the pharmacy staff barely look at you when you go in. I appreciated the much reduced time that I had to wait to get my prescription filled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have found the Pharmacy to consistently be understaffed. There have been a number of serious errors. I have moved to an IDA pharmacy. The Westdale Pharmacy on Main St. is not the Pharmacy that I was referring to. It is just fine. The Pharmacy I was referring to is the Shopper's Drug Mart on King St. in Westdale near the Bakery.
