R	Richard Gelder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my new iPhone 12 mini and was given a great deal on bell Fibe Internet service. Initially, the experience with the latter was not great. I was not able to easily link my smart devices at home. And tech-support at Bell were extremely unhelpful. One of the “level two” support tech people indicated that I could not use my smart devices and the pods I had been renting at the same time because of the former required a 2.4 GHz connection. I went back to the Source with the intention of cancelling my Fibe service because I could not fathom not being able to use it with all of the smart devices I had linked up at home. However, one of the young staffers, Tara was quickly able to help me and show me how to do it. She was 1000 times more helpful than the people who are actually paid to be tech-support at Bell. I was very serious about cancelling my service until Tara saved the day (for Bell). They should pay her more.

Tara sorted it all out and and now with a couple of new cables I can use everything with my new Mac! And I was having trouble transferring files from the old to the new one: she sorted that out for me too. She provided great customer service and it was appreciated very much! Thank you Tara
M	Martina Faith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had an amazing experience at the University Plaza location all thanks to Carlo who was extremely kind and attentive and recommended the Bell Fibe Internet plan after hearing of the prior internet troubles I was experiencing. Carlo was very knowledgable and went above and beyond to ensure that he could deliver all that I was hoping for - which he did. Will definitely be returning to this location to shop again!

He looked for every possible way that he could be of extra service, even to the point of finding a much better plan for my friends existing phone contract than what she already had and at the same price that she was paying. Carlo took a special interest in really trying to assist me with what I was trying to do for my friend. You could tell he was being far more than just a salesman. He was being a real human with a heart! Michael, the other young man working in the store was equally as helpful. I will definitely shop at this Source again.

For starters, 3/weeks all inclusive paid vacation, all Covid expenses covered, is a fairly acceptable place to start. Then onto some State Of The Art Ski Resort in the Swiss Alps, with a floating Laptop (so you both continue to be of immeasurable client care) Now The Source is getting closer to keeping you motivated.
