With many different personalities working in the same office, push back is inevitable, however the training provided was excellent! I would recommend anyone switching to VOIP work with Modern Telecom. I know we don't regret it one bit!

We were dealing with one of the large telecom companies and everybody knows you are just a number with them but we feel like Arie is part of our everyday team. He is extremely accessible as well as highly knowledgeable, not to mention friendly!
