Context - We bought a phone/plan sometime back; there was some error and we were charged extra. We visited the Ancaster store many times in the last 2 months - Steve tried and helped us on each visit, talking to the service provider to get this issue sorted one way or the other. It finally got sorted today and that again because of his initiative. Thanks a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very thankful for the customer service of the two Ians in the laptop department who went above and beyond to help me fix my laptop charging cable today. It's rare to get good customer service at a big box store but they were very friendly and helpful. I was really stressed about the situation when I came in but left a happy camper so thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here yesterday to purchase a television for our bedroom. Service, knowledgeable staff, and great advice from 3 employees. Purchased a product warranty for peace of mind protection as an offered option with purchase.
Went back later in day purchased another T.V.
For our living room , sale ended today on that specific one.
I learnt something new today in regards to warranties and coverages on T.V. Units , as some stores may not cover an important specific issue , as far as I was informed.
Well worth buying this specific protection warranty which includes this possibility. Also was asking another knowledgeable sales person if they sold t..v . Stands or tables, and was kindly referred
to their website as they do not have them in store . Thanks to one and all for your help and kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: I originally left a bad review because I was very upset after being led to purchase a TV that didn't work for me at all. This was even after asking very specific questions and getting unfortunately and correct answers.
However, when we went to take the TV back the team at Best Buy was extremely understanding. They took care of us very well, and listened to our concerns and a kind and courteous way that made us feel heard. Which is why I'm changing this review to 4 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with best buy used to be spot on. Now since the pandemic they don't answer phone calls so u can't confirm stock. Went to 3 different best buys which were all supposed to have stick of a mixer I wanted. All 3 store didn't have stock. I feel like I could've saved myself some gas which is very expensive nowadays if they would just answer phones. Literally the only store I know of that doesn't take phone calls.way to go best buy. I will go out of my way in the future and pay more to stay away from any best buy store.
