★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never shop in store at Sport Chek again. The last few times I have been in there have been more staff than customers and yet not one staff member even acknowledged my presence in the store. Today I purchased a jacket...which was rung through by a young lady who barely looked at me while ringing my item through. She didn't remove the security tags so the alarm went off. I came back to the counter she huffed while removing them 2 security tags and literally rolled the jacket into a ball and slid it across the counter at me. Never again with this store.

Staff were nice, but it was frustrating because when we arrived no one offered to help us..they said hi and then went back to their conversation. We were pulling out shoes, trying them on and I was putting them all away while 4 staff stood talking. It wasn't until my husband asked a question did one help us. Even then she just watched as I put away all the shoes he was trying on. No one offered to help. I like Sports Check and will go back, but was disappointed in the way we were treated.

Employee couldn't find they keys to the sunglass display, & as a result i didn't end up getting the glasses I went to this Sportchek location tonight. A little disappointing.
I did however find a few items that satisfied me. The water bottle selection was better than I remember.
I would return here if I call first to verify they have the item I'm looking for in stock. Very rarely do they.
Nice lighting and clean store with some pleasant staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an awesome store with AWESOME staff! There are currently a bunch of clearance clothing and I got some great deals on name brand (Adidas, Nike) stuff plus the selection in this store is seriously off the charts.
There was a little blip as somehow a cap I was trying to purchase didn't make it onto my bill. I went back in as soon as I realized and I was given a discount for being honest! I was totally willing to pay full price but I have to say that experience of kindness just shot my experience up to Good Star and I'll be shopping from now on at Sport Chek! ( Only my second time in a Sport Chek in my life...I hate shopping! But this experience made my two hours in there buying everything for my adventure program totally worth it!)
Amazing work Alicia and Jordyn. You two women staff rock!!! I didn't catch the name of the staff who overlooked my using the changerooms - she did an awesome job too!
Thanks and I'll be back!
