I purchased a pair of shoes there for my work, the lady who sold me the shoes guaranteed me that for any tears or rips, I would have a lifetime warranty of coverage. Not a month later, both shoes ripped in multiple places and I went to return them as promised. The owner was there and he told me that the reason they ripped were because of my toenails, and they do not offer a lifetime warranty, because "no one offers a lifetime warranty of shoes or tires". After time was wasted of him blaming me for lying, he then unprofessionaly handed me a new pair of shoes and told me that there was no more warranty, I asked for my original receipt back and he refused, I had to argue with him to get my receipt back. All in all a terrible experience. If you want low-quality shoes and staff who lie to get your business, then look no further, this is the place for you!

The store itself isn't huge, and has a much smaller section for men's footwear than women's, but they have a little bit of everything. Customer service was great and I didn't feel pressured to buy something unlike most stores. They also have a little stand outside for some of their "on sale" shoes so you don't even have to go in the store to see some of their products.
