We always come here for passport and other applications photos as it is the nearest store.. Based on before I would rate it a 4.. but today.. I went there for a passport photo.. He took it quickly and I didn’t even had the time to adjust my shirt.. I told him If I could see the photo..And I didn’t like it since it was really frowning and my eyebrows were down.. I asked him nicely if he could repeat it.. as usually they show us the pictures there and they offer that .. specially the girl or the manager.. he said no it’s store policy they don’t reshoot it even if I didn’t like it.. as they are not a studio and that would take him time to shoot it!.. he hadn’t print it yet and there were no other customers.. He noticed that I was upset but repeated that it’s not his problem that I didn’t like as they are not a studio although they charge the same price..I didn’t say anything Afterwards he printed the pictures, stamped them with a wrong date.. And then said that he needs to reprint them as he did a mistake.. I didn’t say a word.. and it was obvious that a customer was upset.. It’s ok to waste my time with his mistake but not ok to meet a customer satisfaction because it could waste his time.. I took the pictures and I will throw them away as I didn’t like them.. This attitude would cause them a customer..

Staples has provided me with a lot of great printing services through the years that are reasonably priced. I've just recently have done laminating services and they're actually better price than some. They are definitely following covid Ontario Health guidelines and the store is kept very clean. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I recommend this place.

HORRIBLE customer service. Printed something online as same day. When I called the store, the manager said I would have to pay $30.00 more because they are busy even though I selected same day the evening before. Disgusting attitude on the man and zero sense of customer service. Take your business elsewhere because you won’t be a valued customer.

HORRIBLE MANAGER!!! Tried to charge extra at the last minute for something that was ordered online. Very rude. Not accommodating at all. Posters were needed for a special event and just complained that he was busy and if you want it then pay more money.

Terrible manager who does not know how to do his job and trys to charge people money on orders that were already placed. We ordered something to be printed for a wedding on a friday and paid for it to be picked up on a saturday qnd the next day said we owed an extra 30$ for it to be printed on the ane day. Evn though it was ordered the day before and said it would be ready to pick up the next day. Like i said terrible manager who tries to charge people extra for no reason.

Only 3 stars because of the so so service. Waited in the online order pick up line, when it was my turn I gave my info , gentleman at the register told me in a very rude way that I was in the wrong line and should be in the print / photo area. Not sure how I should know that ??? Proceded to the print section and the service representative was fantastic. Product I received was just as ordered, happy with that part .

Horrible service, ordered same day print online and had confirmation it would be printed the same day. When we called to see when it could be picked up they can be picked up we were told they wouldn’t be able to accommodate the order without paying additional money. Luckily another location had amazing customer service and was able to assist. Will never go to the Ancaster location again.

Abdul was very ,very accommodating , He was more than willing to assist, He definitely understood product knowledge, and did not hesitate to help. I wish more were like him. He shows passion and respect for customers.I am confident that the future is going to be bright for him as he displays a genuine appreciation for customer/product relationship. John
