It's tough being in a "store front" computer business these days, so the owner also helps with other off site locations!! I go there ALL the time, once in a while something might be defective, but, no problems as it's taken care of right away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to fix a key on my laptop keyboard on a pretty dead day. Owner managed to fix it in under an hour, costing pretty little. The "repair" however only lasted about 10mins before going back to not working (I pressed the key maybe twice in that span). Doubt I'll be coming back here anytime soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my iPad in to have the screen replaced. The home button was never lined up properly and broke repeatedly. I took it back in on 3 different occasions and it was never fixed properly. $125 later and I'm left with an iPad that has a dirty screen on the inside and glitches to the point it has locked the iPad out and we cant even factory reset it through iTunes as it does not have a functioning home button. The owner seems like a nice human but was angry that I came back so many times and told me I shouldn't expect it to be perfect as it is a repair. ??? He stormed off and went into his office. The home button was not even broken when we brought it in. I came in for a screen replacement and have left with a non functioning iPad hmm. He offered me $20 back to save face but buyer beware. I will never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ David is very through and professional to trust leaving your laptop with him. I brought mine in a few times for repair and updating things when a reboot wouldn't work and password issues after an update locked me out. Visit him for all your computer issues. I also picked up a few external hard drives and made sure I did back ups of my laptops just in case of future problems from other faulty windows updates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an issue with my windows that cause my compt to get stuck in repair mode. I took it in and he had it fixed and ready to go in less than 24 hours. He's super nice, and knows his stuff. Will definitely be asking him to build my new computer!
